Golf Studio Apparel, LLC explains here how we handle information relating to this website and business inquiries. Our website introduces our private-label apparel development and supply-chain services.

The current Contact form

Production online submission is not currently available. The default Contact form lets you prepare and review a draft in your browser. This website does not send or save that draft. If you email us directly, we receive and store your message as business correspondence.

Information you provide

The Contact form asks for your name, company, work email and project description. Optional fields cover category, approximate volume, timeline, destination market, desired commercial structure and preferred production country.

When online submission is enabled, we receive the information you submit. Required fields are needed to send the form; optional fields may be left blank. You may also contact us using the email address below.

Please leave out confidential materials and sensitive personal information, such as passwords, financial-account details or government identification numbers.

Technical and security information

The infrastructure used to access an online service or send an inquiry processes technical information needed to handle the request. This can include IP addresses, request times and request headers.

Our inquiry service uses technical information to validate requests, prevent abuse and diagnose delivery problems. Its application logs record limited operational information, such as a reference number, time, outcome and delivery identifier. They do not include names, email addresses, project descriptions, raw form submissions or raw IP addresses.

Infrastructure providers may maintain separate operational and security records.

How we use inquiry information

We use information you send us to understand the proposed apparel program, evaluate whether we can assist, respond to your inquiry and maintain related business correspondence. We also use operational information to protect and troubleshoot the inquiry service.

Service providers

Our configured online inquiry service uses Cloudflare to process submissions and apply security controls, and Resend to deliver transactional email. Golf Studio receives inquiry correspondence through Microsoft 365 and GoDaddy email services, including email security filtering.

These services process information as part of providing their functions. Online submissions are currently limited to controlled testing. Direct email to Golf Studio is handled through our business email services.

Production-related sharing

Golf Studio remains the principal customer contact and manages communication with overseas teams and production partners. We share only information relevant to evaluating or carrying out a production program.

We share identifying contact details only when strictly necessary and approved by the customer. Confidential customer information also requires customer approval before sharing.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Sale, advertising and marketing

We do not sell information submitted through Contact or use it for behavioral advertising. We do not use Contact inquiry information for unrelated marketing without permission.

Storage and retention

The website application does not maintain an inquiry database. Inquiry messages we receive and subsequent correspondence are ordinary business email records.

We retain correspondence according to the status of the inquiry, the business relationship, legitimate recordkeeping needs, legal obligations, and disputes or legal holds. Inquiry emails are not automatically deleted after a fixed number of days.

Application operational logs are retained for a limited troubleshooting and security period using our provider's native logging service. Email-delivery, infrastructure and mailbox services maintain separate records under their applicable service settings and retention practices.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing trackers. It does not use application cookies or browser storage to track visitors or save inquiry drafts.

Security

The inquiry service validates submitted information, applies abuse controls and limits the information written to application logs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through an inquiry.

International processing

Golf Studio operates from New York. Information you send us is processed in the United States and may also be processed where our service providers and production partners operate, subject to the sharing practices described above.

Privacy questions and requests

Contact us at luisrubio@golfstudioapparel.com to ask about information you have provided or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have additional rights concerning its use.

We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant correspondence. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping purposes. We will explain any applicable limitation when responding.

Children

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review the situation.

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. If a change requires additional notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice.
