Starting a program

START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE.

An idea, sketch, reference garment, tech pack or existing program can be enough to begin. Share the product objective and target economics so we can assess the development work needed.

That may involve shaping the design, sourcing fabrics, developing samples and resolving fit. Target costing guides those decisions while the product takes shape.

Production choices

Evaluate the options around the order

We evaluate factory specialization and capacity alongside materials, construction, target cost, country of origin and timing.

Viable alternatives are presented with our recommendations. You can make the final selection with Golf Studio’s guidance, while your contract and day-to-day communication remain with us. Our team manages the factories and service providers involved in the agreed program.

Plan for the retailer’s requirements

Approval calendars affect production allocation. Testing deadlines, packaging decisions and routing guides belong in the plan early.

We coordinate retailer requirements such as labeling and EDI/ASN alongside the production schedule. Where U.S. or Canadian domestic delivery is part of the agreement, that work includes contracted warehousing and distribution-center delivery.

Our focus is substantial private-label programs with depth in the order, including programs measured in hundreds of thousands of units.
