Product Development

Our designers and development teams shape product briefs, develop patterns and work through fabric, construction and trim choices. Target costing informs those decisions as the garment takes shape.

We manage the normal sample and approval stages, including fittings involving our New York and overseas teams.

Material & Factory Sourcing

Factory recommendations account for product specialization, available capacity, target cost, country of origin and timing. Material and construction requirements also shape the viable production options.

We present alternatives, explain their implications and advise on selection. The customer can make the final choice with our guidance.

Production Management

Once the product and factory are agreed, we coordinate production allocation, approval dates and manufacturing milestones. Sample decisions, material availability and factory progress inform the schedule.

Our team manages factory communication and works through issues affecting the order, including changes requiring a customer decision.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Retailer requirements determine each program’s testing and inspection activity. We coordinate factory QC, independent inspection providers and third-party laboratories at the relevant production stages, then manage the follow-up required by their findings.

Customs & Import Coordination

For applicable U.S. and Canadian LDP/DDP programs, Golf Studio can act as Importer of Record. We coordinate shipment information, documentation and customs-broker communication for those imports.

Freight, Warehousing & Delivery

For U.S. and Canadian programs requiring domestic delivery, we coordinate freight and contracted 3PL warehouse partners, with B2B delivery to retailer distribution centers.

For other international markets, we can supply FOB from the factory. The agreed commercial structure defines our shipment responsibilities.
